Offering children a large area for lots of sand and water play, this sturdy sandpit allows your little ones to sit on the edge and play together. Kids can splash about in the water or build sandcastles when playing outside, or why not bring it inside and fill it with playballs (sold separately)? When your little ones are finished having fun, the lid covers the whole sandpit to protect it when it not being used. Playing in the Starfish Sandpit allows children to develop their fine motor skills and stimulates their senses. We recommend 60kg of sand to fill this sandpit. Suitable for ages 12 months to 4 years old.

How to Cancel an Order
Before Order Processing
If you need to cancel your order before it has been processed by our warehouse team, you can do so under My Account. You will see the status "Processing" if your order has already been processed.
After Order Processing
If your order has already been processed but has not yet shipped, you can contact our Customer Service Team by email or phone at 00971800111344 to cancel your order. We will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel your order provided it has not yet been shipped.
Shipped Orders
If your order has been shipped, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.

General Return Guidelines
- Please note that some products may be non-returnable.
- We will bear the costs of the courier for returning the products only if you use our selected courier service provider and follow the steps mentioned above.
- Please reuse the packaging your order was shipped in to proceed with the return.
- All products must be returned to us unused and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice.
- We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
- All items not complying with our return policy will be held at our facilities. It is the customer's responsibility to organize a collection by a courier company if such a product is requested to be returned to a customer.
- We monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Upon the successful quality check, the bank will issue your refund within up to 10 days.
