Before Order Processing
If you need to cancel your order before it has been processed by our warehouse team, you can do so under My Account. You will see the status "Processing" if your order has already been processed.
After Order Processing
If your order has already been processed but has not yet shipped, you can contact our Customer Service Team by email or phone at 00971800111344 to cancel your order. We will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel your order provided it has not yet been shipped.
Shipped Orders
If your order has been shipped, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.
